The Justice League film has had quite a journey. Zack Snyder didn’t finish the original film as he had to leave due to personal reasons. Joss Whedon stepped in and worked on finishing the film, also reshooting portions of it. That film came out in 2017 and it was pretty mediocre.
Since then, a movement started on the internet to get a version of the film released that is Zack Sbyder’s final cut. Now, years later, that is a reality as Snyder returned to shoot new scenes and re-edit the film which will be released on HBO Max exclusively in four parts. And here is the first full trailer.
The film is R-rated and featured some new elements, including a new look for Steppenwolf, Superman in his black suit, as well as new appearances by Jared Leto’s joker, and Darkseid himself. Zack Snyder’s Justice League will release in four 1-hour segments on HBO Max starting 18 March 2021. Are you looking forward to watching this new version of the film?
